Hi, we’re Matt and Rachel, founders of Unbroke.
After buying property in our early twenties, we didn’t feel that the process matched the needs of the new generation getting into the property market.
We decided we wanted to help change the way young Aussies feel about their potential to buy property and take steps towards financial freedom, so we started Unbroke to do just that.
Our Experience
Matt is a Chartered Accountant and has worked across banking, insurance and fintech, including at TAL, Superhero and Ordermentum. He has long-held an interest in personal finance, and in his early 20s purchased two properties. This experience ignited an interest in helping others along their property journey.

Rach started out her career in eCommerce and Fintech, with roles at eBay, FinTech Australia and leading marketing and strategy for Superhero, an investment and superannuation startup listed as one of LinkedIn’s Top Startups for 2022. Rachel is passionate about empowering women with their financial journey.
